Who is Steph Strauss?
I have been meditating daily for 3+ years. My sitting practice is my non-negotiable, it’s how I have learned to trust and rely on myself.
I am a Chicago-based, trauma-informed movement, yoga and mindfulness meditation facilitator and creator of The RSI Method.
In my 6+ years of teaching, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of students from 2 - 74 years old. I am here to be an inspiration, show you what else is possible and provide you with tools to help you learn to prioritize yourself, build confidence, find calm in the chaos and feel safe in your body.
I have been facilitating yoga, meditation, mindfulness, fitness classes since 2016. My mission is to show you that when you commit to a daily meditation practice, you learn to trust and rely on yourself completely.
My daily meditation practice continues to offer it’s gifts when I show up for myself in all of my humanness, yep, even when it’s messy. I am less rigid about EVERYTHING, less critical and judgmental of myself and others and I’ve learned to stop self-sabotaging myself. Because of my practice, I know I can rely on my own innate wisdom and power to manage the constant change, uncertainty and challenges life has to offer.
And my sweet friend, I am no different that you. All of this is available for you too.
