What You’ll Experience in an embodied movement practicE
We arrive to each RSI Method without expectations or agendas, open to whatever emerges through the body. This is a space to meet ourselves with kindness, embracing where we are in the moment.
At its core, the RSI Method is a practice of self-study. It’s an invitation to explore how your body moves, reacts and communicates. Through embodied movement, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, uncovering the subtle messages your body holds and learning to trust its wisdom.
What is the difference between The RSI Method and Somatic Flow?
The RSI Method is a guided, intentional journey—one that takes you through a thoughtfully structured, music-driven experience, inviting you to explore deeper themes within yourself. This practice moves within each moment while following a trajectory, allowing for self-discovery, transformation and integration. The RSI Method incorporates movement, breath, vocal activation, Somatic Experiencing and mindfulness in a way that helps you uncover patterns, shift perspectives and engage with a larger arc of personal exploration. There is form and structure and within that, space for freedom and exploration—a place to get curious, to observe your own experience and to practice kindness toward all the ways your body has learned to protect you. In this brave and nonjudgmental space, you have the opportunity to teach your body new ways of being, stepping into a deeper relationship with yourself.
We play with moments of activation and deactivation to understand what it means to have a regulated nervous system. This is done intentionally and gently, with full permission to follow what your body knows is best. But the practice also invites you to explore your edges—asking, Is this helpful? Do I need to try something new? The RSI Method is a space to witness your body in action, to meet yourself with awareness and to expand into your potential.
Somatic Flow, on the other hand, is a fluid, open-ended exploration of the present moment through movement, breath, vocal activation, Somatic Experiencing and mindfulness. Rather than following a structured journey, it invites you to tune into what is happening in your body right now—to listen, respond and move in a way that feels organic and intuitive. It’s about sensing and allowing, fostering curiosity, playfulness and trust in your body’s wisdom. Somatic Flow doesn’t seek a particular resolution or transformation; instead, it provides a space to simply be with what arises, embracing movement as a way of connecting to yourself in real time.
In both practices, we play with expansion and contraction, moving energy through the body and noticing the differences—learning not just what feels good, but what we need. Through Somatic Experiencing principles, we cultivate awareness of our nervous system’s natural rhythms, exploring how we move between states of activation and deactivation. These practices are not about achieving a goal but about creating space—to step into your truth, your voice, your body, your power, your life.
There are no expectations in either practice—only an invitation to trust yourself and your experience. There is no right or wrong way to engage, no end goal to reach. We practice to learn how to be with it all—to witness our bodies, to honor all they do for us and to step into a fuller, more connected way of being.

Release Physically
[R]elease Physically
Your body holds immense wisdom, but if you don't listen—or worse, if you silence it—you miss the chance to tap into that knowledge. Through new ways of moving, breathing and using your voice, you develop more embodied awareness that shifts how you feel from within. This practice helps you build emotional resilience, creating space to manage daily stressors with greater ease. Guided by your body's cues, each session empowers authentic expression without words, while inviting a renewed sense of curiosity and wonder into your life.
Support Emotionally
[S]upport Emotionally
Caring for others often comes naturally, but showing yourself that same kindness can be challenging. This practice creates a space where you learn to treat your body with compassion and respect. It's about beginning an intentional dialogue with your body—learning how to support yourself and truly have your own back. Here, you’ll embrace radical self-acceptance, even the messy parts. It may feel uncomfortable at first, but that's exactly why it's a practice—one that helps you grow emotionally and support yourself more fully.
Inspire Humanity
[I]nspire Humanity
The RSI Method honors the wisdom of the teachers and practices that have been passed down through generations. These movements are not new—they’ve been embodied for lifetimes. What’s unique is how I’ve woven them together in a way that has deeply served and transformed my own life. As you engage with these teachings, you foster compassion for yourself and others, creating a ripple effect that extends beyond the practice itself. When you step back into the world, your newfound perspective naturally inspires others to cultivate their own sense of embodiment and presence.
The body holds answers to questions that the mind doesn't even know how to ask, all you have to do is listen.

What happens in the RSI Method?
The RSI Method uses a gentle, bottom-up approach to movement, helping you connect with your body and learn its unique language—without needing to engage with past trauma. You’ll have the freedom to move at your own pace, receive support, and connect with others in a brave, non-judgmental space.
RSI is an experiential embodied movement practice that “puts the body first” instead of the mind. Through yoga, dance, vocal activation, breathwork and other forms of somatic movement, you’ll explore what happens when you let your body lead. You’re gently invited to explore your inner landscape, learning to move in ways that feel good specifically to you. This method helps you connect with your body, understand your needs and enhance overall well-being, fostering self-expression and body awareness.
In the RSI Method, you’ll find a brave space to learn to move with life’s daily stresses—a sanctuary to create space for the mess through physical movement, vocal expression and breathwork. Here, you are celebrated for showing up exactly as you are—no pretenses, no masks and no need to prove anything. A space to embrace your true self and learn to meet your nervous system where it is, letting that be enough.
We include the body in the conversation with our movement, by talking to your sweet body and letting her know what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. This practice is about listening to your body, learning her language and being curious about what unfolds. No expectations, no agenda—just an opportunity to be curious about what happens when you let your body guide you. You learn to begin talking to your body like a good friend. This practice helps disrupt negative self-talk and reminds you that your body is always here for you even when you forget.
Your presence in The RSI Method mirrors your presence in life itself. This self-study practice helps you understand the inner workings of your brilliant mind and body. While the invitations in The RSI Method may seem unusual or unlike anything you’ve ever experienced, you are encouraged to show up with curiosity and see what happens. It’s a place of exploration to “try things on.” Over time, you’ll start to include your body in everyday conversations, showing care, respect, and cultivating a sweet relationship with your body.
This method leads you to a deeper authenticity by connecting you with your body’s wisdom. Embrace it with curiosity to uncover your innate potential, the truth of who you really are and your true power.
I’m here to empower you to prioritize yourself, cultivate confidence, navigate chaos with calmness and discover a new world of inner safety. You’ll gain tools to live life with an open heart, express your truth authentically and cultivate profound self-love.
The RSI Method guides you on a path of self-discovery and healing, helping you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system and improve your overall well-being through intentional somatic movement. This trauma-informed method encourages you to listen to your body and respond to your needs in the present moment, promoting a deeper connection with yourself.
This practice welcomes all bodies and experience levels.
