Imagine a world where you not only understand the way your body works, you’ve become good friends

I want you to understand the language of your nervous system.

I want you to feel deeply at home in your body.

I want you to discover how to honor your SOMATIC YES and SOMATIC NO.

I want you to empower you to become your own advocate.

I want you to cultivate trust and reliance within yourself.

The thing is, I can’t do this for you. What I can do is help you get out of your own way.

BECAUSE YOU ARE THE WAY.

You are the path, the practice, the potential.

I want you to EMBRACE ALL PARTS OF YOU.

And I’m here to show you how to embody your truth and power, all through the wisdom of your body.

Hi my love, I’m Steph and i’m glad you’re here.

Why do I want to show you how to embody your truth and power?

Because I have experienced firsthand how embodied learning is one of the most transformative, valuable and healing forces on the planet.

Believe it or not, I used to be the quiet one—always afraid to speak up, never asking questions for fear of seeming foolish. I didn't feel safe or know how to say no when my body screamed it. I didn’t know how to advocate for myself because no one taught me how to communicate my feelings or respect my body as a temple.

I know this isn’t just my story. I've talked to hundreds of women who feel the same. Like many, I also didn’t have any understanding of my nervous system.

As women, we are more prone to fawning and fitting in (people pleasing), downplaying our own viewpoints, beliefs, insights, creativity and aspirations in order to keep the peace in our relationships, family and professional life.

When we continuously ignore signals and cues, it can lead to feelings of shame and self-blame afterward. Questions like, "Why didn’t I speak up? Protect myself? Leave? Scream? Fight back?" reflect our nervous system's response in those moments, not a matter of moral judgment. Recognizing this is essential because we frequently question why we agreed to something that felt wrong. This isn't solely due to conditioning; it's also our autonomic nervous system signaling that separation or conflict might endanger our well-being—something we HAD NO CHOICE OVER. Our nervous system decides for us.

Understanding your own system provides greater empowerment, expands your choices and ultimately enhances your sense of safety. Therefore, it’s crucial to learn about, respect and show compassion for the survival mechanisms of our complex nervous system.

So let’s take a moment to bless our brilliant autonomic nervous systems that responded FOR US to keep us safe in those moments. Bless the part of us that lacked the words to express our feelings, even when we knew something was off. Bless the part that conformed to others' expectations to maintain peace, striving to be liked, to belong and to be accepted. Bless the part that didn't yet know how to honor our bodies as sacred.

That was then.

Now, I’m here to show you that understanding your nervous system isn’t just possible—it’s essential. With your permission, let me help you develop the skills to understand your body's signals, trust these messages and identify the next steps to feel more relaxed, awake and alive.

My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing, Embodied Movement and Mindfulness. This integration allows me to blend the spiritual and scientific realms, where my deep spiritual practice and embodied connection have brought me back to life, revealing my true self. I embrace life as my practice, seeing everything as a gateway to personal growth. From a Buddhist perspective, life is my curriculum, continuously offering opportunities for learning and transformation.

Inspired by the principle of bodhicitta from Tibetan Buddhism, my mission is rooted in a genuine desire to be of service to others. This commitment drives me to uncover and share the transformative potential inherent in these practices.

I find great joy in guiding individuals to have a real understanding of their nervous systems, facilitating a deeper connection to their own inner wisdom. My work empowers others to navigate their personal journeys with resilience and self-awareness, fostering healing, growth and authentic self-expression.

How I can support you in connecting with your body’s wisdom

My approach blends techniques from both science and Tibetan Buddhism to enhance your resilience and improve how you connect and relate to the world. By integrating Somatic Experiencing, Embodied Movement and Mindfulness, I provide a holistic, body-centered framework that supports healing and growth. SE Exploratory Sessions gives you a real understanding of your nervous system and how to be more connected, alive and empowered, Embodied Movement encourages a deeper connection with your body and Mindfulness cultivates present-moment awareness and compassion. Together, these practices foster a balanced and resilient nervous system, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and authenticity.

When people become more deeply embodied, they become kinder to themselves and others, more dedicated to what truly matters to them and better prepared to take meaningful action that benefits the world.

Our true nature is like a precious jewel: although it may be temporarily buried in mud, it remains completely brilliant and unaffected. We simply have to uncover it.
